Cafe Degan
Cafe Degan is a blend in itself, set in a traditional Javanese joglo house, and presenting to Bali’s dining scene a selection of popular Indonesian specialties, as well as an assortment of Thai favorites. Cafe Degan is located on Jalan Petitenget, south of the Seminyak area. Chef Degan and his wife present a menu that is predominantly Javanese and another portion comprising traditional Thai selections. Thai soups such as the Tom Yum Goong come as standard selection, while the Javanese menu features many common favourites such as the Lumpia Udang fried rolls, Ikan Panggang Kemangi, and the all-time Nasi Goreng fried rice. Vegetarian dishes can also be found on the extensive menu. Cafe Degan is open for lunch and dinner.
