Bazaar ‘Philosophy of Food’ is a fine dining restaurant and bar located on the island’s latest thriving dining route, Jalan Batubelig, just west of Petitenget in Seminyak. By day, its gourmet deli serves as a source of quality imported items, from wine and cheese, to the whole and sliced bread fresh from the oven. By night, it takes on a sophisticated tone, ready for diners in their finest.The interiors are calming and subtly lit with high ceilings and a tall centrepiece tree. Innovative signature dishes dominate the menu, with must-tries that include grilled squid salad, tomato and feta, and roasted provolone cheese for starters, and there are stacks featuring house made gourmet beef patty or grilled chicken breast. The creamy tomato puree and truffled parmesan fries on the sides are also irresistible. Bazaar is open for lunch and dinner.
