DobilIf Ubud has Warung Ibu Oka and Denpasar has Warung Chandra, then Nusa Dua has Warung Dobil, serving Bali’s most famous roast pork dish ‘babi guling’. This small eatery looks very traditional and you might think that it’s just another street-food place when you pass it by; but in fact, Dobil is a big name among Balinese pork menu lovers, especially in the Nusa Dua and neighboring village vicinities. One serving comes with a bowl of pork leg soup and a plate containing rice, a stick of satay, as well as mini portions of each dish. On the brighter side, everything here is very rich in spices, from the succulent meat to the must-try crispy roasted pork skin.
