Simply named, The Cafe is located right under the lobby of The Mulia and offers excellent brunches with its multitude of live cooking stations that each present different types of dishes. You can embark on a true culinary journey around the world, with curries from India, Oriental dumplings, fresh and tangy Thai salads, Japanese sashimi, oysters, and sushi rolls, Korean delights – not forgetting plenty of local Indonesian fare and common western favourites. All stations are manned by native chefs who are experts in their field. The dessert section is abundant with chocolate fondues, homemade ice cream and sorbets, heavenly cakes and mousse. An alfresco area overlooking the resort’s grand pool and ocean afar make for one of the best places not only for brunches, but also lunch and dinner.
