Pasar Senggol at the Grand Hyatt Bali is an open buffet dinner venue inspired by a traditional market, where an eclectic range of food is offered from uniquely designed stalls and carts, each with their own specialised kitchen and culinary teams. There are seafood grills, Asian wok stations, Indonesian favourites and dessert carts. The venue is located at the resort’s west wing and right down from the lobby. There’s even an evening activity area for guests, comprising a Balinese handicraft exhibition and market. Typical evenings at Pasar Senggol feature a range of traditional Balinese performances onstage, including the mesmerising ‘Kecak’ choral dance.
