Kisik Bar and Grill at the Ayana Resort and Spa Bali boasts is reached via a dedicated inclinator down the cliff-face to the secluded beach that offers breathtaking views south of Jimbaran. Here patrons choose their favorite seafood, fresh catches of the day, from an ice-cold display, and Kisik’s team of chefs will prepare them to perfection. Patrons dine around tables and chairs set about on the sand, and sunsets are augmented by fire torches adjacent the resort’s Ocean Beach Pool.
