Initially a restaurant chain in Jakarta, it has expanded its presence to Bali offering locals and visitors the variety of seafood cuisine. Favourite selections include a wide range of crab preparations, from spicy to succulent, prawns, chicken, grilled fish, and also beef. A specialty dish is the Kemayangan Grilled Fish, uniquely served with seven different kinds of sambal (Indonesian chili paste) from seven different locations in the archipelago.
