Crazy Kangaroo is one of the most prominent street-side restaurants along the Candidasa main road, featuring a white façade and a see-through glass fence with some national flags making it look like an embassy. A large white sign with a stylised kangaroo reads its name and “restaurant, bar, dancing, and western-Asian cuisine” underneath. The restaurant comprises three main areas: a beer garden at the front, under flowering trees with a nice fishpond with a hundred Koi in it, together with a bar and its main restaurant area.Crazy KangarooThe superb selection of cocktails includes Arak Attack, Blue Monday, Caipirinhas, Daiquiries, El Buro, Long Island Iced Tea, Mojito and Whiskey Sour. You can play some pool and darts for free while you sip and, as a family-friendly restaurant, there are also some board games for the kids to enjoy. A must-try from its open kitchen is a parmesan mahi-mahi with coleslaw.
