The living, dining and kitchen pavilion sit in front of the bedrooms and overlook both the pool and ocean. Surrounded by lily ponds, the ambience of this pavilion is one of enjoyment and relaxation. A large daybed and wicker sofas punctuate the space and a large, solid wood table with seating for 10 is nearby. Situated beside the dining area is the kitchen with ample storage cupboards and all the necessities to cook up a storm, if so desired.

The bedrooms offer a range of choices from one king suite, two master suites and two guest bedrooms. The king suite has ocean and poolside views and features a four-poster canopy bed as does the master suites. All rooms have en-suites with bathtub and outdoor shower. Upstairs are the twin bed guest rooms with trundles underneath and an en-suite garden bathroom with outdoor shower. Behind the master suite is the games/TV room.
