KZU is a cosy restaurant located on Jalan Drupadi in Seminyak that serves a great selection of healthy and tasty food created by Chef Kazuya Takami. His menu here is varied, with influences from Japanese, Indonesian, Italian and Indian cuisine. There’s also a good selection of vegan options too. Step inside and under the bamboo roller blinds and you’ll immediately find bright spaces and a food station in the style of a local ‘warung’ food stall. A wide variety of salads behind the glass displays include avocado, coleslaw, quinoa and chayote, while selections from the grills, including satays and fried selections are clearly listed on whiteboards, the likes of pork and beef ribs, polenta, tofu, chicken and seafood.
